Protecting Society in the AI Era

KTFH outlined the safety regime, AI-Proof 2.0 integrated it.
We are closing the gates to AGI while opening new systems for economic and democratic strength.
To close the gates on AGI, we must first close the gates on corruption. This module details Git4Gov (G4G), an MIT-licensed, open-source governance OS. By utilizing Quadratic Voting (QV) based on earned contribution, we create a 'Monopoly on Trust.' This is the structural assurance that our system cannot be captured by state or corporate interests.
We cannot enact global safety regulations like compute caps in a polarized world. We need a consensus engine. This module outlines Cross-Tribe, a civic micro-habit designed to break political gridlock. By gamifying 'steelmanning' and 'double-crux' reasoning, we generate the high-fidelity consensus data required to legitimize difficult safety policies.
A manifesto alone cannot stop AGI; only political leverage can. This module details Constituent Intelligence (VotP) which is a dashboard that converts the consensus data from Module 2 into verifiable political pressure. It provides legislators with 'Option Bundles' and 'Drift Alerts,' giving them the democratic cover they need to enact strict liability laws and compute governance.
The most dangerous argument for AGI is that we 'need' it to cure cancer or solve climate change. This module invalidates that argument. Human Hive-Mind (HHI) aggregates expert micro-insights into validated, domain-specific Tool-AI. It proves we can achieve super-human problem solving through collective intelligence, without risking the 'Triple Intersection' of autonomy, generality, and superintelligence.
